Shipping & Returns

With us you order without risk

Shipment

The shipping costs within Germany are €9.90. Shipping is free for orders over 400 euros within Germany. The shipping costs to all other countries within the EU are €24.00 and are independent of the value of the goods.

The shipping costs to other countries (USA, UK, Saudi Arabia, Norway, Switzerland and Canada) are between 110 and 130 Euros and will be calculated at Check out.

For orders placed at our ceramic parties, we offer free shipping starting at orders with 100 Euros and more.

Delivery times

All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Delays can either be found on the product page or we will inform you by email or telephone. We reserve the right to make a partial delivery if this appears advantageous for speedy processing and if this is reasonable for you. The resulting subsequent deliveries are free of freight charges for you. The delivery by us is subject to the correct and timely delivery by our suppliers. If our suppliers do not supply us with the ordered goods despite contractual obligations, we are entitled to withdraw from the customer. In this case we will inform the customer immediately that the ordered goods are not available. A purchase price already paid by the customer will be refunded immediately. The aforementioned right of withdrawal only exists for us if we are not responsible for the impediment to performance ourselves.

Returns

If you want to return our products, you can easily return and/or exchange them within 14 days. This only applies to unused goods. We assume the costs of the return shipment. For returns, you will be charged a flat rate of 9.90 euros for the processing itself.

Please note the following points.

1. Pack the items well to avoid damage in transit. The goods should not show any signs of use (dirt, scratches, animal hair, etc.). The goods must be in the original packaging.

2. Please send us an email with your order number to info@keramik-liebe.de

3. We will reply to you immediately and send you the correct return slip and parcel label

4. Fill out this return slip completely and put it in the package. It also counts as your legal revocation. Print out the package sticker, stick it on the package and take this package to a DHL branch or Paketbox.

5. The refund is usually made within 14 working days after the arrival of your return package using the payment method that you also used to pay for the order.

6. For a shipment that is not picked up from a packing station or branch within the period specified by DHL, we retain a flat rate of €9.90 for the handling costs.

7. If the acceptance of a shipment is refused without comment, we will handle it like a return and we will also retain €9.90 for the handling costs.

Payments

All our prices include VAT and packaging plus shipping costs. The delivery takes place against payment by Shopify Payments (Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Giro, Paypal, Q pay, Union Pay, Visa) or by invoice & advance payment with bank transfer. The payment amount is due within five days after conclusion of the contract.

to take place. When paying by credit card, your account will be debited at the earliest when the goods are shipped. If you are in arrears with your payment, we can claim interest on arrears at the statutory rate. However, you are permitted to prove to the contrary that we suffered less or no damage caused by the delay than what we have asserted. Deliveries are made from stock to the address specified by the customer.
